Privacy policy

Demo Factory (Android app com.demofactory.game) by Fox Valley Digital. Effective October 24, 2026.

The short version: Demo Factory has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your progress stays on your phone. The only data that leaves it is what is needed to confirm a store purchase, and only through Google Play and RevenueCat, the service that confirms purchases for us.

Who we are

Demo Factory is made and published by Fox Valley Digital ("we"). Questions about this policy or your data: info@foxvalleydigital.com.

What stays on your phone

The game saves your progress in its own app storage on your device: your cars, part cards, credits, CHROME, levels, challenge progress, a record of the purchases you made, and your settings (sound, controls, display). A random profile number names the save. None of this is sent to us or anyone else, and uninstalling the game deletes it.

Google Play Your payment, made in Google Play's own purchase sheet. We never see your card or payment details. To buy optional items, under Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).

RevenueCat, Inc. Your purchase records (the product, Google Play's purchase token and order number, the price, currency and time); an anonymous id the game makes for this purpose, which is not linked to your name, email, Google account or any device or advertising id; and what any internet connection carries (IP address, country, language and Android version). To confirm each purchase with Google Play, deliver what you bought, list the store's prices in your currency, and give us totals of sales. RevenueCat processes this for us as our service provider: RevenueCat's privacy policy (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy).

We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. The game has no ads, uses no advertising id, and collects no device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, files or microphone audio. Everything sent travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

Purchases

Demo Factory is free to play. The store sells optional one-time items: CHROME (the store's currency), card packs, the Starter Crate and limited deals. Card packs contain random items; the game shows each pack's odds before you buy.

Permissions the app asks for

• Internet and network state: for the store and confirming purchases.

• Billing: to buy through Google Play.

• Vibrate: for haptic feedback on hits, which you can turn off in Settings.

Keeping and deleting data

Your save stays on your phone until you delete it or uninstall the game. RevenueCat keeps purchase records for as long as we need them to confirm and support purchases and to meet legal and accounting duties. To have your purchase records deleted, email info@foxvalleydigital.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA and is in your Google Play order history), and we will delete them within 30 days. Google keeps its own record of your payment under Google's policy.

Children

Demo Factory is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has made a purchase that should be removed, contact us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what data is held about you, to correct it or to delete it. Email us and we will help; we answer within 30 days.

Changes

If the game starts handling data differently, we will update this page and its effective date before the change ships.
