Baccademy: Privacy policy
Privacy Policy
Effective September 29, 2026 · Updated October 22, 2026 · Published by Fox Valley Digital
Baccademy (“the app”) is a game for learning and playing baccarat with virtual chips. This policy explains what information the app and the services it uses handle, and the choices you have.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress — virtual chip balance, settings, Academy stars, statistics, achievements, unlocked card backs and the optional name you type on your diploma — is stored in the app’s private storage on your device. We do not receive it. You can erase it with Settings → Reset all progress, by clearing the app’s data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the app.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address (used to estimate approximate location), device and app information, and ad interactions. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland you are asked for consent through Google’s consent form, and you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings. On iPhone and iPad the advertising identifier is only used if you allow tracking when the app asks (App Tracking Transparency); you can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used — for example which lessons are completed and how many hands are played — so we can improve it. It collects app-usage events, device information and an app-instance identifier. It does not collect your name, email address or contacts. Google’s Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Purchases (Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat)
Optional in-app purchases (such as chip stacks, card backs and Remove Ads) are processed by Google Play or Apple’s App Store; we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and keep them available after reinstalling, which involves an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history. RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
What we don’t collect
The app has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, precise location, photos, camera or microphone.
No real-money gambling
Baccademy uses virtual chips only. Chips have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged or won as prizes. The app is intended for adults (18+).
Children
The app is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
